Where can I purchase Brewfest Admission Packages?
The packages come with limited tasting tokens, can I purchase more?
Yes, additional tasting tokens/tickets will be available for sale. $2/token or 3 tokens for $5.
Is this a family friendly event?
Absolutely! As a fundraiser for programs such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Santiam - we build in kid focused fun every year! Children must be continuously supervised by a parent/adult
Is there seating available for the concerts?
No, we decided that since there is plenty of space to spread out to allow blankets and lawn chairs. Please feel free to bring yours along. Please be courteous and only place lawn chairs in the "lawn chair" area.
What about pets?
WELL BEHAVED pets are allowed ON LEASH. Additionally you must pick up after your pet.
What about my personal safety?
Brewfest utilizes volunteer safety monitors as well as professional security personnel. If at any time you feel threatened or unsafe while at Brewfest seek out an orange vested staff or manager for assistance. Brewfest is also periodically visited throughout operating hours by local law enforcement.
What about COVID?
By attending any gathering you are making a personal choice. Social distancing will be encouraged in lines, etc. but not enforced. Masks are also a personal choice. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the area.
How do I apply to be a vendor or food truck at your event?
Can I get a "full" pour of beer or spirits from a vendor?
NO. We must adhere to very strict rules regarding pouring Please don't ask for special favors.
How will the Santiam Excursion Trains Brewfest Shuttle work?
We are so excited about this addition to our event! You can purchase a roundtrip shuttle ticket for $20 online. Board the train at any of the designated time in downtown Lebanon at the Train Depot. The train will take you to the train siding near Weirich and Hwy 20, from there a bus will shuttle riders to the gate. To go back to Lebanon - arrive at the designated bus pickup location 10 minutes prior to the departure time you desire. The bus will deliver you to the siding where you'll ride back the Train Depot in downtown.
Will there be camping available at the park?
We are in discussions with the city regarding this option. Check back in a few weeks for an update and be sure you're following our social media.
